Light Enhancing Designs™ Return/Warranty Info
Light Enhancing Designs™ has a 1 year warranty on LED kits. We allow returns on unopened items (*Unopened LED Kits only for Glass Shelves or Displays see below) in new condition still in box/packaging for 30 days after purchase. If your kit has any defects that are not your fault or from your damage we will fix the kit free for you for up to one year. In the first 30 days we will cover any shipping expenses related to repairs. We do not exchanged open/used items or issue store credit for open or used items. LED Kits are defined as any rigid LED strip kit, disc kit, flex kit, LED light bulb. We do not warrant kits once they have been modified in any way or if they are used improperly.

Fragile items such as shelves are shipped by UPS ground which carries insurance so if there is any broken items please save ALL packing materials for UPS claim inspection which is a simple process.
*Glass Shelves and Acrylic Liquor Displays Special Limited Warranty:
These items are large, fragile, heavier, and require special handling. The items are well described on the website so we do not take these items back once sold because of various reshipping and restocking matters. We don't want to resell any slightly scratched/handled items from customers reshipping items back. We know our customers appreciate this and you can look forward to getting a new, high quality product.
